A Mother Agency focuses heavily on your initial discovery, structural development, and career protection. We build your foundations locally, and then leverage our deep industry network to safely place you with major national and international agencies in major markets.
To maintain our elite production standards, all academy members must complete at least one specialized live workshop to ensure show-readiness before casting for runway events.
