Eligibility

Our website and services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or who have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Participants under the age of 18 must have all registrations, memberships, applications, and agreements completed by a parent or legal guardian.

SWFL Model Academy & Management offers services including, but not limited to:

  • Portfolio development

  • Comp card creation

  • Mother agency representation

  • Talent management

  • Model bookings

  • Creative talent bookings

  • Business consulting

  • Industry networking opportunities

  • Domestic and international travel experiences

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service without prior notice.


Educational Purpose

Our academy provides education, coaching, mentorship, and career development.

Participation in our programs does not guarantee:

  • Agency representation

  • Paid modeling work

  • Fashion show selection

  • Commercial bookings

  • Social media growth

  • Employment

  • Brand partnerships

  • Career success

Success within the modeling industry depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including professionalism, availability, market demand, individual performance, and client preferences.


Representation Disclaimer

Enrollment in SWFL Model Academy does not automatically establish an agency representation agreement.

Representation is offered only to selected individuals who meet our professional standards and who execute a separate written representation agreement.

We reserve the right to accept or decline representation applications at our sole discretion.


Bookings & Talent Services

When clients book talent through SWFL Model Academy:

  • Booking availability is subject to confirmation.

  • A standard agency service fee may apply in addition to talent rates.

  • Final booking terms are governed by separate booking agreements.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information.

  • Talent availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.


Payments

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Payments for memberships, workshops, coaching sessions, portfolio packages, and other services must be completed according to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of services or suspension of membership benefits.


Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Workshop registrations are non-refundable once reserved.

  • Private mentorship sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice but are generally non-refundable.

  • Portfolio sessions require advance scheduling and may be subject to rescheduling policies.

  • Deposits for travel experiences, fashion events, or retreats may be non-refundable due to third-party commitments.

Refund exceptions are considered only at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.


Membership Terms

Annual memberships begin on the purchase date and remain active for twelve (12) months unless otherwise stated.

Membership benefits, pricing, workshops, and included services may evolve as our academy grows.

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or conduct that negatively impacts our community.


User Conduct

By using our website and participating in our programs, you agree to:

  • Treat staff, instructors, clients, and fellow participants respectfully.

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.

  • Follow all workshop and event guidelines.

  • Respect intellectual property rights.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behavior.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from programs without refund.

By participating in academy events, workshops, fashion shows, portfolio sessions, or productions, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be captured.

Parents or legal guardians must provide written consent for participants under 18 years of age before identifiable media is publicly used.
